Ministry Goals:
Senior Citizen Ministry Team

• Establish service for seniors
  - Reporting pastoral needs.
  - Transportation.
  - Parish nurse.
  - Help line.
  
  
• Develop a plan of communications
  - Letter sent to all 60-plus Seniors.
  - Follow up phone call to all Seniors.
  - Document all reported needs and discoveries.
  - Notify appropriate care providers of the needs that were reported for action.
  
  
• Dream Goals
  - Youth sponsored "Golden Age" social event.
  - Rally Day opportunities for all ages and demographics (children, juniors-adult, single parents, seniors).
  - Senior mission trip.
