Ministry Goals:
Communications Team

• To improve the visibility of our ministry in the community:
  - Create a new congregational brochure/visitor's packet.
  - Develop a plan for mailings, newspaper articles and advertising that promote our ministry opportunities.
  - Community Cable broadcast of our worship, and
  - Publicity guidelines for promoting Rally Day.
  
  
• Leverage existing technological capabilities for internal communications:
  - Website updates.
  - E-mail address list updated and utilized.
  - Electronic street signage on Blake and Maloney.
  - Indoor programmed monitors for publicizing events and locations of activities, and
  - Use a greater scope of our computers' capabilities.
  
  
• Utilize the most appropriate, current, and effective technology available to communicate the Gospel:
  - Install a projector system in the sanctuary.
  - Install a hearing assist in the adult forum room.
  - Install digital monitors/ announcement screens, and
  - Install a doorbell system.
